*Return and Refund Policy*

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms for clothing and accessories purchased through Velocris. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms detailed below.

1. Return/Exchange Period
We offer a short 2-day window for you to initiate a return or exchange, starting from the date your order is delivered.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days

Eligibility for Return:
For your item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must meet all of the following conditions:

Time Limit: The return request must be initiated within two (2) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

Condition: The clothing item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of any odors, stains, or damage (including makeup or deodorant marks).

Original State: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories still attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please email us immediately at velocris003@gmail.com with the following information:

Your Order Number.

The item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, damaged).

Specify whether you are requesting a Refund or an Exchange (if exchanging, state the desired size/item).

We will review your request and provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

2. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and thoroughly inspected for compliance with the eligibility criteria, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:
Initiation: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.

Method: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds back to your account, as this processing time is outside of our control.

Shipping Costs (Refunds):
Our Error: If the return is due to our fault (e.g., defective product, wrong item/size shipped), we will bear the costs of return shipping or provide a prepaid label, and you will receive a full refund for the product.

Customer Choice: If the return is due to customer choice (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong size), the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
