All orders are processed, verified, and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification containing your tracking number(s).

We aim to deliver all clothing orders within 5-7 business days.

Please Note: The 7-day window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (like carrier delays or unexpected weather events).

3. Shipping Rates and Tracking
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight/size of your clothing items and your delivery address.

Tracking: The tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email will allow you to monitor your package's transit. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4. Accurate Shipping Information 🏠
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the correct and complete shipping address is entered during checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the original shipping, any return fees charged by the carrier, and the cost to reship the package.

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit after the carrier accepts it, please follow these steps:
